Congratulations to Mihai Maties of Concast (left), pictured receiving a Safety Award for excellence in working at height from Mark Collins of PJ Hegarty main contractor, on site at The Railyard Apartments, a landmark residential development located on Albert Quay and Albert Street in Cork’s Docklands.
The project is being developed by JCD Group for Clúid Housing in partnership with Cork City Council. The scheme features a striking 25 storey tower stepping down to 12 and 9 storeys respectively. On completion this development will become Ireland’s tallest residential building. Concast is proud to be delivering two full access core solutions including lift and stairwells for the 12 and 9 storey blocks, along with all stair units for the 25-storey tower.
