Our access cores are independently free standing and can be designed to provide stability as part of the overall structural frame. Elements cast within the Precast allow for ease of connecting a surrounding hybrid steel structural frame. We have successfully provided solutions for many different project types including multi-storey car parks, offices, warehouses, mixed use buildings and accommodation blocks such as hotels, residential, nursing homes and student residences.
