Concast Precast access cores are currently being provided at three separate data centre projects in Ireland, two are located in Dublin and a third in Galway (pictured). Further Concast access core projects are also ongoing at locations including Gatwick, Cardiff, Dublin, Galway, Cork and Kerry, for clients including Sisk, Goldbeck, John Paul, PM Group, J Coffey and Fox Contracts. Our access cores are independently free standing and can be designed to provide stability as part of the overall structural frame. Elements cast within the Precast allow for ease of connecting a surrounding hybrid steel structural frame. We have successfully provided solutions for many different project types including data centres, multi-storey car parks, offices, warehouses, mixed use buildings and accommodation blocks such as hotels, residential, nursing homes and student residences.
