The Tropical Fruit Warehouse was acknowledged again yesterday when it was chosen by public vote for a Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Public Choice Award along with two other prestigious projects. Concast are proud to have been part of this landmark office project where we provided two 7 level Precast access cores along with stair flights for a third in-situ concrete core. Our Precast panels are on full display in the main reception area creating an imposing architectural statement (picture courtesy of PJ Hegarty). The Tropical Fruit Warehouse comprises nearly 8,000 sqm of exceptional office space, blending original warehouse features with spectacular modern architecture and design.
