Concast are currently installing a new Launch Quality Centre (LQC) for luxury car manufacturer Bentley at their HQ in Cheshire. Our Precast two storey 7,850 sqm frame solution will incorporate; 161 columns totalling 1,220 linear metres; 44 bridge beams totalling 800 linear metres; 76 wall panels; 145 tie and edge beams; 26 stair flights along with associated landings; and 320 wide slab flooring units. Our valued repeat client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, are the main contractor instructed by Bentley. Concast have previously worked with Goldbeck providing a Precast frame solution for a 7,200 sqm research and development facility at Bentley HQ Cheshire.
