Concast are proud to be working again with luxury car manufacturer Bentley, providing a substantial two storey 15,500 sqm workshop at their prestigious HQ in Cheshire. Our Precast solution for the new Launch Quality Centre (LQC) will incorporate; 161 columns totalling 1,220 linear metres; 44 bridge beams totalling 800 linear metres; 76 wall panels; 145 tie and edge beams; 26 stair flights along with associated landings; and 320 wide slab flooring units (see Precast 3D image). Our valued repeat client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, are the main contractor instructed by Bentley. During 2020 we successfully provided Goldbeck with a Precast frame solution for a new 7,200 sqm research and development facility at Bentley HQ Cheshire.
