Concast are currently installing five lift shafts and two adjoining stairwells reaching heights of 35m (pictured) at Horgan’s Quay Cork. This is our third separate contract with BAM at Horgan’s Quay where we previously successfully completed a total of 5 separate Precast access core structures. On completion, Horgan’s Quay will provide three office blocks with a gross area of approximately 37,000 sqm, 237 apartments, 136 bed hotel along with associated restaurant and retail accommodation. Concast have a strong working relationship with BAM with current projects including The Shipping Office on Dublin’s South Docklands and two new Dublin schools with a combined total area of approximately 7,250 sqm.
