Concast’s total Precast office frame solution for luxury car maker Bentley is now nearing completion, providing a new research and development facility totalling 7,200 sqm over four levels at Bentley HQ Crewe Cheshire. Our total Precast solution comprises a beam and column frame, flooring, two separate access cores and large wall panels many of which span over 30 sqm. Our repeat order client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, are the main contractor instructed by Bentley. Concast are currently working on two further prestigious office projects at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin including The Shipping Office for main contractor BAM and the Tropical Fruit Warehouse for main contractor PJ Hegarty.
